Additional Information

Through out my involvement as a teacher I was at regular intervals requested to monitor, assess, evaluate and report on student teachers from different higher institutions who have chosen teaching as their career path. During this processes i was also responsible for discussing their weak points and correcting them in an advisory mode as remedial work, while pointing out their strengths.

i also made sure to discuss my report with them in order to make my report an instrument for addressing their areas of improvements rather than using it as a tool for discrediting them. in that way my reports on their performs in the different areas acted as mentoring tool. these assesments were done using pre determined targets and formats as prescribed by their different institution.
