• I overlooked coaching staff for the team of U12 boys, did planning and setting up of training sessions and match-day lineups.
• As we were preparing them for a more competitive U13 division, adjustments had to be made as sessions needed to be more intense to ensure the boys were fitter to play a longer and more physical 80min game.
• Implement more intense strength and conditioning exercises to the training sessions as opposed to just the usual ball- work training sessions, which tested my strengths as a coach as i had to make ''boring'' training sessions fun.
