I currently occupy the role of millwright in the De Beers Group.

I have previously acted in the engineering foreman role.

I have successfully assisted my company business unit in relocating the business to another province, which included commissioning a new building from an engineering aspect. I am responsible for maintenance and repairs of engineering infrastructure which includes contractor management and quality control.additionally I perform administrative tasks as well which includes writing scopes for services required, stock management, budget planning, reviewing of procedures, managing critical controls and priority unwanted events etc. I manage projects in my area as well, the largest being a R 12m solar installation which was successfully commissioned.
