A 12 months dynamic program through multi phase curriculum specially designed to equip them with skill and tools they need to thrive .In the program fellows worked on community project on menstrual hygiene management where they did an educational campaign on menstruation .My role was handling communications and partnerships for #ChangeTheFlow Campaign

Community led Monitoring Advocacy was a program of collecting quantitative data of clinical health facilities data and qualitative interviews of health care providers and recipient's of care .The program is more of collecting data on key populations , PLHIV,and indicators on the access and availability of services in the west rand , mogale and merafong district .

The Community-Led Monitoring and Advocacy project is part of a partnership between NACOSA and the International Treatment Preparedness Coalition (ITPC) aimed at improving access to HIV prevention and treatment services for key and vulnerable populations, such as adolescent girls and young women.

Assisted in administration work and Monitoring and overseeing the project of young adolescent girls and boys as were offerings services of numeracy skill , computer skill , homework assistance and engaging them in developmental activities .I handled all admin related and monitored the outcomes and success of the project .

Caring for the sick , Caring for the frail patients ,Helping with feeding ,Helping disable with Bathing ,Help with medication taking , Monitoring vitals , Nappy changing
