  • Process TBI’s (Theft, Break and Incidents) job type on SAP and the NEDLMP Website.
  • Accepting NEDLMP job Requests and then transferring the data captured on to SAP to create Internal Order numbers and Purchase Requisition numbers on SAP.
  • Followed up with receiving the Purchase Order numbers and Material numbers by obtaining it from SAP. Processed the job by sending it through to the Contract Representative via the NEDLMP Website.
  • Followed-up with Payments of NEDLMP Requests on SAP to ensure it has been invoiced.
  • Amended Variance Orders by updating the information on SAP, which is interlinked to the information on NEDLMP needed for further processing.
