an implementation that maximizes employee adoption
and usage - continue to monitor option for 2-4
months post-launch and provide data-based
recommendations for improvement
Communicate effectively and manage internal and
external stakeholders by setting and managing
timelines and project plans for implementation
Ensure customers are properly trained - Create a
video or written collateral, host office hours, and/or
facilitate training with customers on how to
navigate the tools and programs. Complete tactical and technical account set-up -
including assisting with the setup of API, SFTP, or
expense integrations and submitting Monthly Billing
Applications to Finance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including
product, marketing, and customer support to ensure
a smooth onboarding and strong client experience.
Think creatively about how we can solve problems
and mitigate them from happening again.
Run queries to get data insights and analyse the
clients trends. Manage existing client base and look for
opportunities to grow the partnership.

Work with our clients and cross-functional teams to
execute efficient onboarding and
problem solve along the way, should there be
challenges to overcome.
Work with Account Executives to ensure timely and
successful launches, ensuring customer
needs are met and agreed-upon timelines are
adhered to. Develop and refine onboarding processes, as you
spot opportunities for improved efficiencies
Meet or exceed launch quota
Deliver 5-star, in-person support to our driver-partners
Walk driver-partners through the onboarding
process and all of the tools they need to be
successful on the Uber platform
Help existing driver-partners troubleshoot any
issues they experience (i.e a delayed payment,
password resets, device issues, documents)
Help brand the Uber name and get driver partners
excited to be on the road
Stay on top of new Uber policies, procedures and
programs that affect driver-partners
Work with the driver operations team to make our
support processes even better
