I was born and bred in a matriarch household. Independence, resilience and vulnerability are the outstanding character traits that my upbringing instilled in me. These are the most important of all traits for me because while I can navigate or work through different situations alone, I also have the ability to reach out for assistance and learn in the process. The resilience plays a huge part in keeping my being intact especially during and even after failure. I am highly aware that growth and change requires an individual to move out their comfortable zone hence I am seeking an environment that has opportunities that will grant me a chance to expand on both my professional and personal growth.
