Provide an effective support function to manager and personnel.

Appointments and Resettlement Claims
Prepare appointment memorandum
Ensure successful candidate(s) is immediately informed and issued with letter of appointment, assumption of duty and conditions of service.
Request signed assumption of duty from the newly appointed officials within the stipulated time frame.
Submit signed assumption of duty to Head Office to process further the appointment.
Open files for newly appointed officials.
Ensure all documents according to the appointment checklist are submitted and complied with.
Submit the file to supervisor for final checking and submit to document centre.
Enquire if new and transferred officials will require resettlement benefits.
