Managing correspondence and communications. Maintaining records and ensuring compliance. Key Learnings / Achievements: I developed strong organizational and leadership skills. I gained knowledge in using tools such as word document, excel and power point for presentations. I gained experience in strategic planning and problem-solving. Networking opportunities and building relationships. Enhanced communication and admin skills. A deeper understanding of the organization’s inner workings. In my role as a SAICE STAR Lead I successfully coordinated and executed an Application Drive at Fundokuhle High School, located in the township of Imbali in Pietermaritzburg. Working closely with teachers, I managed the planning and communication to ensure smooth delivery of the initiative. The event was a resounding success, as all Grade 12 learners pursuing STEM studies were assisted in applying to their chosen universities. This project highlighted my organizational and leadership abilities while making a meaningful impact by empowering learners to take decisive steps toward their academic and career aspirations. I work part-time as a temporary Betting Terminal Operator at Greyville Racecoast, where I am responsible for assisting customers in placing bets using the betting machines. Through this role, I have demonstrated the ability to learn quickly and reliably, consistently delivering accurate and efficient service. The experience has enabled me to develop valuable skills including attentive listening, precision, speed, and professionalism, all of which contribute to providing a seamless customer experience.
