He then moved to the consulting business of the Coega Development Corporation as a Programme Director providing various Implementing Agent Services for both the Department of Public Works and the Department of Health. He is a highly efficient Executive with more than 22 years of experience in a vast array of areas. Themba has managed multiple stakeholders at senior level in Government, Political level as well as in private sector. He has demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary project team at various levels, namely programme management, portfolio management as well as at the programme director.
