Themba carrier kick stated in 2004 June when was hired by the company formerly known as Bosasa Operations and my position was a Catering Supervisor and later in 2008 was promoted to be the Assistant catering Manager. And soon Bosasa changed their name to African Global Operations, Themba was appointed as an Project Leader looking after 6 kitchens and that was feeding over 10000 plates of meals per day and overseeing staff of 820 people under my supervision, was later refined interpersonal and communication skills in fostering solid relationships with clients. Often dealing with complex customer queries, he acquired a competency in conflict resolution and customer management people skills by effectively handling customer issues on a daily basis.
Working in African Global Operations Company gained invaluable experience in dealing with supply chain and finance department more in depth. And client liaison and making sure that the service we provide to the clients are of good standard, also to also chasing targets of weekly and monthly gross profits meeting targets and performing robust administrative duties needed as an effective support role in the company. He honed these skills in him currently held position and learned the importance and responsibility of assisting people at work place with their carrier development needs.

STOCK CONROL
Stock is issued on a daily basis to the kitchen staff and according to the number of people to be served
All stock is requisitioned in the correct quantities and the correct quality
All deliveries received with a valid PO and invoice from the supplier
All invoices and cash slips received in terms of goods delivered are signed and stamped with a “goods received stamp”
All stock count is counted after new stock has arrived to ensure that the total stock balance in respect of the old stock, and new stock purchases and stock issued
All stock is kept securely and under the correct conditions and applicable to each type of commodity stored
