MARKETING OF FRANCHISE OPPORTUNITIES:

  • Advertising of all new opportunities and re-sales.
  • Adverts shared via e-mail, what’s app and website.
  • Obtain quotes for placement of advert’s if necessary.
  • Send quotes for approval.
  • Arrange payment.
  • Place adverts
  • Liaise with Marketing Manager and marketing agency regarding updates required for the company's website (Incl. new and existing)
  • Attend monthly marketing agency meetings discussing possible ad’s, google ad words and monthly lead stats and tracking.

HANDLE ALL ENQUIRIES:

  • Receive calls from interested parties who may be interested in purchasing a franchise.
  • Record all enquiries on database
  • Capture and maintain all statistics on electronic and telephonic enquiries.
  • Enquiries received from adverts, what’s app line, website etc.

ONLINE ASSESSMENT TESTING:

  • Complete admin related to online assessment testing.
  • Send online assessment invite to applicant and SHL.
  • Share results with the applicants

PREPARE APPLICATIONS FROM INTERESTED PARTIES:

  • Follow up on application forms and obtain outstanding details.
  • Share the online assessment (SHL) detail with applicants and request Credit Check check.
  • If all clear, prepare final file for interview.
  • Prepare approval interview form ready for interviews.
  • Update and modify interview forms as necessary.
  • Hand over interview pack and ensure outcome is shared with applicant, together with updating system accordingly and discard file if applicant not approved and file for safe keeping.
  • Update disclosure document (monthly)

FOR SALE STORES:

  • Forward notification of sale document for completion to franchisee
  • Receive notification from franchisee regarding store for sale.
  • Instruct finance to start updating the budget/profit & Loss and manage process
  • Share valuation of business to seller
  • Place store on for sale list to recruit a buyer
  • Compile and update a list of all stores on sale keep information relevant
  • Circulate internal approvals (EC) to necessary departments for approval of current franchisees - confirm status in IC meeting.
  • Notify prospective franchisees (approved, applications and enquiry database) of availability of stores for sale.
  • Communicate and receive all necessary documentation regarding sale of store (approved figures, selling pitch, potential figures if needed)
  • Update interested existing franchisees on status of the sale of their store (telephone, e-mail)

ALLOCATION OF NEW OPPORTUNITIES

  • Recruit franchisee for new opportunity (existing, approved and in process)
  • Allocate and share franchisee detail with team once confirmed to proceed.

RESEARCH (when required)

  • Conduct research on competitors
  • Conduct research on countries abroad when an enquiry comes in for possible expansion within a specific country.
  • Research is done mainly via internet and placed onto an excel spreadsheet.Information is forwarded to the Legal Director and Manager

SALES MEETING:

  • Take minutes in the sales meeting and action the specific outcomes from the meeting.
  • Update minutes from previous meeting (Sales Sheet)
  • Update minutes from previous meeting (new opportunities)
  • Circulate to attendees.
  • Feedback on lead status

GENERAL LIAISON:

  • Receive and forward all customer complaints received on e-mail to relevant person.
  • Receive and respond to e-mails received from mailbox.
  • Where necessary on forward to relevant department or person.
  • Keep communication with existing and approved franchisees

FRANCHISE SYSTEMS:

The Messenger (What’s App)

  • Reply and communicate timely.
  • Recruit and share opportunities.
  • Ensure monthly payment has been processed.

  • Manage, updated to ensure the system is relevant.
  • Ensure monthly payment has been processed.

REPORTING REQUIREMENTS:

Weekly:

  • Status on New Opportunities and Sales to Legal Manager

BI- Weekly:

  • Status on New Opportunities and sales in IC Meeting to Legal Director, Legal Manager and Property Team

Monthly:

  • Compile monthly detailed report on incoming leads and share with Legal Director, Legal Manager, Property Team and Marketing Agency
