Thea, Reddy, I matriculated in 2005 and entered the job market with administrative, data capturing and clerical duties at various companies. These duties included learning Microsoft Office tools, telephone etiquette, people skills, managing communication with persons from different backgrounds, emergency procedures, filing documents for easy retrieval, creating filing systems, making travel arrangements and how to deal with irregular hours as personnel dealing with the firms I worked for did not always have the same working hours which I did. I taught Grade R at an Early Childhood Development Centre in Centurion. My teaching capabilities at this ECD centre has allowed me to be proficient in dealing with difficult people and people from a variety of different backgrounds, setting of the curriculum in addition to the government framework provided, setting of the yearly planner and fun-days (fundraising). In addition to teaching, I am involved in management and financial planning. My current job requires me being well versed in labour, health and organizational laws and policies pertaining to being an educator. I am willing to learn and progress with new and innovative ideas. I am a hard worker and am willing to acquire any new skills required for the job.
