  • 1. I Managed and Oversaw PPS Short-Term Insurance's Professional Indemnity Insurance/Medical Malpractice Insurance Portfolio focusing mainly on Professionals working in the Pharmaceutical Industry
  • 2. I also Managed and Oversaw a Group Scheme Portfolio and Tripartite Agreement between PPS STI, ITOO and The Pharmaceutical Society of South Africa. A portfolio which consisted of 7000 members
  • 3. Implemented measures that aimed to increase the Book Value of the above-mentioned Portfolio by at least 15% in 12 months
  • 4. I had implemented a Marketing Strategy for PPS STI ensuring that the division sees growth in New Business Sales and successfully creates Cross-Selling opportunities that yielded positive results. This was done through Digital Marketing Channels, Target based Marketing and other innovative solutions
  • 5. I lead a referral-based campaign to get new business leads for other PPS STI departments
  • 6. I have also successfully cemented the relationship between PPS STI, ITOO and PSSA. This has in turn proved to make the Annual Contract Renewals, Premium Rates and Benefits Negotiations a seamless process

  • 2. I was successful in issuing Guarantees, CAR and Liability Insurance for Single Construction Projects ranging from R400 000.00 to R600 000 000.00 with the smallest premium collection being R3000.00 and the highest once-off premium collection being R3 200 000.00 for a single project
  • 3. During my 3 year stay with GM, I issued Various Insurance Products for Projects to a total value of over R3 Billion.
  • 4. I was responsible for Premium Rate Negotiations and Presentations to Prospective Clients
  • 5. During my stay at GM, I became one of the top preferred suppliers of Events Liability and CAR Insurance in the North West Province.
  • 6. I achieved all Financial Targets in accordance to business requirements year on year.
