1. Program Monitoring

• Monitoring the implementation of programs and services designed to support sex workers. This involves conducting regular site visits, reviewing program activities, and ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with established protocols and standards

2. Data Collection and Analysis

• Oversee the collection of relevant data on the health, social, and economic needs of sex workers including coordinating surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions to gather information on issues such as access to healthcare, experiences of violence, and barriers to seeking support.

3. Evaluation of Interventions

• Responsible for evaluating the impact of interventions aimed at addressing the specific challenges faced by sex workers. This involves assessing the outcomes of programs, identifying areas for improvement, and measuring progress towards predefined goals.

4. Reporting and Documentation

• Preparing comprehensive reports based on monitoring and evaluation findings used to communicate program achievements, challenges, and recommendations to stakeholders including funders, policymakers, and community partners.

• Develop and effectively utilize a detailed M&E Plan (including developing and refining indicators for logical framework)
• Developing appropriate and accessible tools to measure outcomes and outputs
• Quality and timeous collection of data that is verifiable
• Validation and cleaning of data before reporting
• Conduct annual Baseline and end-line evaluations that include; Reviewing and developing data collection tools, conducting data collection using a variety of tools, data analysis, reporting, and facilitating sharing and learning
• Conducting required Donor-specific evaluations and reporting

• Manage, support, and mentor multidisciplinary project team
• Provide high-quality leadership in the design, and implementation of AGYW/ABYM activities, including staffing, stakeholder buy-in, work planning, programmatic reviews, programme reporting, etc
• Coordinate development, finalization, updating, and continuous review of project workplans, MEL plans and reports for projects supported
• Contribute to the development of systems, processes, procedures, materials, and tools to support AGYW/ ABYM project
• Design or contribute to research and analysis to develop AGYW and ABYM strategies, including operations research
• Provide up‐to‐date, evidence-based technical and policy briefs, and develop or manage the creation of evidence-based program standards with key stakeholders
• Participate in program design and development of implementation activities (strategic planning, program presentation, Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) and Sexual Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR) advocacy and policy meetings, as appropriate
• Provide support on how to implement the new DBE HIV/TB/STI Policies

• Monitor programme and project activities and provide feedback to team members, the managers and the Knowledge and Learning (K&L) manager
• Analyze information from the Learning, Monitoring and Evaluation (LM&E) system and feed this information back to the project and programme teams for reflection, and to ensure that LM&E is informing practice
• Assist with the incorporation of gender responsive M&E practices into the LM&E systems where needed
• Participate in reporting activities for funders, board, and other reports when necessary
• Generate knowledge based on LM&E data.

• Investigate, compile and document civil and political/election related human rights abuses using contemporary means such as social media, photography, crowdsourcing, and electronic data gathering
• Use of compiled civil and political /election related human rights abuses to lobby SADC and other international diplomats with embassies in Zimbabwe.

• Manage and monitor the research process checking and ensuring accuracy
• Participation in the formulation of research questions and writing proposals
• Collection and analysis of data
• Writing up of research results, research reports.
