I work hard in every task to produce good results and ambitious at the same time. I possess good communication skills both verbal and written. Team and individual spirit keeps my boat floating. I am a fast learner and like challenges.

Accomplishments

During a visible felt leadership employees of a contractor company opened up to me that they had to hike to get to work and explained their difficulties especially during cold weather. It resulted in them arriving late at work and it affected their man hours.


I spoke to the Site manager and conveyed the employees grievances and explained to him how it affected their work as well. Within a month of visiting the team one of the team members came to thank me and informed me that they have been provided with transport to and from work.
