- Be on site when the site Marketers are in training; handle all queries and take messages for the Marketers to action upon their return
- Train all site Marketers on use of the CDP CRM Bitrix
- Train all site Marketers on reporting on the CDP Bitrix CRM
- Report on all digital lead platforms to the Midrand Digital Manager on a weekly basis

- Assist prospect clients with viewing the apartments, then if interested allow the client to fill in the application form and send through FICA documents (I'D Copy, 3 Months bank statement and latest Payslip and if it is a business application they send through CK documents of the business, 6 month bank statement, and I'D Copy/s of Directors
- I then perform ITC checks using the TPN software and check affordability, thereafter, check if the client will be qualified or not and send through the application for approval
- Once approved I send the client the approval letter stating the Unit number and Pricing of the Unit as well as the Promotion given to the client if there is
- By the first of every month we as a team make sure that the units are ready, and we do In-inspection with client for occupation
- Follow up with clients about the experience on the service provided
