- Order Consolidation : Packing and sort orders to ensure that all items on the invoice are in the package before dispatch
- Courier Co-ordination : Ensure that parcels are collected and delivered on time as well as following up on any delays and/or missing parcels
- Reverse Logistics : Implement and manage digital platforms reverse logistics i.e Standard returns and/or exchanges

- Account Management : Ensure that all customers are up to date with payments i.e COD customers need to make payment before dispatch and customers on payment terms need to keep up with their payments.
- Legal Compliance : Ensure all customers have signed their contracts and addendums accordingly, ensure all customer have completed a due diligence process and legal ethics check
- General Administration : Capturing of POD's, Ordering stationery for Fulfillment
