  • Receiving Department:
    Received and verified incoming stock, captured deliveries on the system, processed invoices, and ensured accurate documentation.
    Collaborated with team members to ensure smooth flow from goods receiving to storage.
  • RDC (Returns Distribution Centre):
    Handled returned stock from stores, ensuring items were recorded both physically and on the system.
    Conducted inspections, sorted returns, and ensured compliance with company return procedures.
  • Inventory Department:
    Worked as a Stock Clerk supporting daily cycle counts, stock accuracy, and investigations of discrepancies.
    Assisted with stock reporting, bin location checks, and general inventory control processes.
  • Facilities Department:
    Supported the Facilities Coordinator with site maintenance tasks, tracking forklifts and reach trucks using iSite, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
    Helped facilitate SOPs, toolbox talks, and staff inductions, while also assisting with vehicle fleet tracking.
