THANDI MAHLALELA

Administrative Clerk
Atteridgeville

Summary

Growing up in a rural area I had a first-hand experience of challenges such as lack of basic service delivery and lack of participation in political interest in my community. That gave me a passion to study Public Management as it teaches about the citizen involvement in public policy and how to improve public service delivery. While studying I have addressed the challenges practically towards the implementation through Human Resource, Financial and Office Management.
