One interest that I have as a developer is continuous learning. I am currently upskilling myself in other areas of development. In my personal capacity i do play around with Docker and Kubernetes. I am also doing tutorials of AWS and I have been self-learning from online courses that I am exposed to (YouTube and Udemy). I will then move into other development frameworks once I have mastered the current two I am working with. I am always open to continuous learning and these are the technologies that i have worked with: - Springboot Java 8 - Angular +2 - Jenkins CI I am also keen on learning and exposing myself more to AWS, Docker< Kubernetes and anything currentin the tech space.
In this role, I was responsible for implementing end-to-end applications for the department. My primary focus was on front-end development using the latest version of Angular and back-end development with Java 8 and Spring Boot. Additionally, I use to oversee the implementation of designs provided by the design team, ensuring that the functionality met business requirements.
I also handled the integration between the front-end and back-end, as well as deployment using Jenkins CI.
In this role, I was responsible for analyzing template requirements and maintaining automated templates. I used XML and Word to automate the templates, with DocFusion as the primary application for the task.
In this role, I supported teams in creating team sites using JavaScript, enabling easier collaboration even when team members were not co-located. I was responsible for maintaining SharePoint and the team sites, as well as organizing and updating team structures within the sites to clearly define roles and responsibilities, helping team members easily identify who handles what tasks.
The Digital Academy Internship program focused on rapid learning and gaining hands-on experience in the software development industry. During the program, I worked with JavaScript as the front-end language and Java for back-end development, while also receiving an introduction to the corporate world.
