As a student teacher i have worked with staff members and teachers to design comprehensive and individualized plans to optimize student education. I achieved significant results as well as boosting student engagement with 20% and received excellent feedback from my mentors. i successfully led project to improve student performance, which resulted in improved results. These experiences have taught me the importance of tailoring my approach to meet the needs of audience and consistently meeting expectations and this is the mindset i am applying to drive sales success.

i have assisted with special events and programs, maintaining clean, neat, and operational facilities to serve program needs.Supported engaging, fun, and smooth-running events by helping with organization and planning especially with administration. i have strong interpersonal communication skills to convey information to others and mostly, i mentored new volunteers, fostering a supportive and inclusive team environment.
