Besides my Psychology Profession I have also been farming on a small scale, growing different types of vegetable, raising chickens and pigs for the purpose of feeding the community where i live. This also served a selfcare and a stress reliever to me. It also helped to generate income for the few people that I have worked with and also imparted knowledge about the field of farming.
