Customer and Sales Profit

• Contribute to the total OMNI customer experience in your store by ensuring visual and commercial curation according to guidelines (In-direct)
• Representing yourself and the H&M Brand positively during customer interactions (Direct)
• Organize and plan your workload according to store activation plan and adapt based on business needs in collaboration with your Store Management team and Area Visual Manager
• Launch and maintain the latest global campaigns and sale activities on time according to H&M Brand Standards

Fashion & Trend Awareness

• Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, products, brands, competitors, and relevant influencers etc.
• Plan time for fashion & trend awareness to understand trend theory and mood boards for styling techniques and product presentation to anticipate our customer’s needs and enhance our shopping experience in store

• Deal with queries and complaints either over the phone or in store and implement the appropriate action to follow up any matters raised that is timely and the most suitable resolution and leaves the consumer satisfied
• Process all sales transactions quickly and efficiently following the correct till procedures and ensuring the safe and accurate storage of monies
• Assist with implementing shop merchandising and layout to maximise sales, customer satisfaction, appearance
• Place and follow up orders and special orders
• Assist as directed in receiving and sorting stock deliveries ensuring that all relevant paperwork is completed correctly

Stock Management

• Receiving and processing new stock deliveries
• Checking stock levels and identifying potential stock shortages
• Replenishing stock on the sales floor as needed

Visual Merchandising

• Implementing visual merchandising guidelines to create attractive displays
• Setting up product displays based on current trends and promotions
• Rotating merchandise to maximize visibility

Sales Support

• Assisting customers with product inquiries and finding items on the sales floor
• Supporting sales associates with stock checks and product knowledge
