Dr. Thabo Msimango is a seasoned executive, scholar, researcher, and governance expert with over 40 years of leadership experience across financial services, insurance, organisational transformation, project governance, business development, and higher education. His professional journey seamlessly combines executive leadership, scholarly research, ethical governance, and mentorship, allowing him to engage with equal authority in corporate, academic, and consultative settings. As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Matha Consulting, an approved Financial Services Provider, he provides strategic leadership in ethical financial advising services, consumer education, leadership development and community empowerment. He also serves as Chairperson of the Ethics Committee at Cranefield College and contributes to postgraduate education through supervision, external examination, curriculum development, module writing and applied research.
