  • I also liaise with the Marketing Services Co-ordinator to plan congresses exhibitions we would like to participate in. (e.g. the bi-annual LMC congress)
  • I also use feedback from the sales and marketing activities to provide ideas to the Customer Services, Finance, Stores and Purchasing, Filing departments on how we can continue to improve our service levels to be in line with our mission statement and ISO commitments
  • Continuously monitor price structure components (i.e. exchange rates, sales gross profit margins, supplier prices and negotiate where necessary) and discuss any suggested actions with Sales Director. At the end of the day we must always be striving to minimise costs and maximize profits, within acceptable criteria
