I possess good communication, planning and organization skills, with a strong ability to grow as individual and be able to transfer skills and improve the quality and standards of my performance. I believe that I will add value to any organization with my positive attitude and hard work approach when the opportunity has given to me. I am a conscientious and professional Librarian/Archivist or information specialist and/or manager, highly computer literate with extensive experience in managing library materials and service delivery to patrons. I have strong knowledge of Library Management Systems/Integrated Library Systems such as Libwin, InMagic & Coltech. Advanced use of Databases and/or Eletronic Resourcs such as Sabinet, Ebscohost, Emarald, Researchgate, Sage Journals. High knowledge using (DDC) Dewey Decimal Classification. I have excellent communication skills both speaking and writing. My home language is IsiZulu but I also have tremendous communication in English and IsiXhosa.

- I am responsible for collecting, organizing and maintaining documents such as invoices, receipts, forms and shipments. Responsible for daily tasks include sorting, lebeling, scanning, uploading, and archiving documents, as well as retrieving files and documents upon request and disposal of outdated records.

- Using my library and information science skills and knowledge, i implemented efficient filling systems which makes it easier to retrieve documents. The company was using traditional/physical filing system when i arrived, i then digitalized hard copies for easier access.

-Oversaw file room operations for a big company and streamlined workflows to promote quicker turnaround. Also helping office Administrators with their work, such as issuing invoices, communicating with clients and other stakeholders.
