Purpose of role: Produce high-quality drawings and ensure designs meet industry standards and client specifications. Responsibilities of the role: -Generate and review AutoCAD drawings in compliance with AVT standard specifications. -Created detailed infrastructure drawings for architects, general contractors, and electrical contractors. -Develop detailed engineering drawings for rack layout, system wiring and custom plates or cabling assemblies. -Produced equipment and cable label sheets, cable run diagrams, and pull lists to support project execution. -Communicated clearly and professionally with the team and clients. -Interfaces with all Technical and Project staff in developing site-specific solutions. -Participated in discussion and vendor meetings to research new technologies and programs, and maintain awareness of emerging solutions and technologies that may be applied solutions.

-Provide support to field engineers, programmers and technicians as required. -Capture field mark-ups to generate as built drawings. -Coordinated with sales teams to assess client needs and design tailored solutions.

-Do new drawings.

-Update existing drawings.

-Take measurements of existing machine parts that new drawings can be made.

-Do new drawing designs for machine modifications.

-Do site layout drawings of existing and new machines, buildings and factories.

-Do site location drawings for safety standards.

-Liaison with foreman, mechanic/electrical personnel, contractors, sales persons, draughtsman and consulting engineers about projects and products.

-Liaison with contract draughtsman's and structural design engineers on new, existing building modifications, lifting structures and lifting equipment.
