• Ensure that apprentice have been well oriented prior to undertaking the assessment
• Take daily rolls calls for apprentice and report any unapproved absenteeism
• Prepare adequately for assessments by ensuring that tasks are prepared and other resources are available
• Facilitate theoretical training, practical training, trade test preparation, and trade test for the fitter and turning apprentices
• Adhere to the restrict training schedule
• Ensure adherence to the group’s and legislated health and safety standards.
