* In collaboration with ICT, coordinate the development & maintenance of Mine Health and Safety Inspectorate Information Systems - SAMRASS, Mine Equipment and Examination Modules to ensure alignment to the MHSA and other relevant prescripts.
* Ensure that system enhancements and development adhere to approved Project Plans.
* Conduct Timeous User Acceptance Testing of proposed changes.
* Act as MHSI Application Champion and ensure adherence to processes.
* Coordinate capturing of mine safety data onto MHSI Systems by Regional Offices.
* Validate data collected to enforce accuracy, integrity and reliability.
* Generate various Mine Safety statistics as and when required.
* Liaise with Mine Health and Safety Council for the Mine Levies.
* Coordinate the collection and compilation of quarterly compliance reports.
