- Duties included: Conduct draft review and scheduling meetings weekly with planners, resource coordinators, schedulers and supervisors to plan two weeks ahead of maintenance

- Sign off weekly schedule before sending to mining for the releasing of machines
- Release notifications on SAP system to be added as part of the scheduled maintenance
- Release purchase requisitions for spares ordered for planned work
- Do VFL's weekly to make sure safety standard are maintained and people adhere to safety in the workplace
