Duties
Providing technical support to end users for Hardware, Software and Network issues, users maybe be having trouble
logging in into Citrix that is the system they use at RAF.
Diagnosing problems with Thin Clients, Laptops and printer issues may includes Software malfunctions, Hardware failures.
Set up Laptops for new users installing softwares and configuring devices according to company standards
Assisting users with software related issues, including operating systems, productivity applications which includes Microsoft
Office and Teams.
Ensuring users have proper access to the network troubleshooting Wi-Fi and Enthernet connections
Managing user accounts and handing access issues on platforms like active directory and Citrix.
Performing regular maintenance tasks such as installing updates and hardware repairs replacing parts like toners and
fusers on printers.
Asset Verification for equipments.
