• Supervise student social workers in their fieldwork, overseeing the entire range of field experience

• My role is to deliver learning material to groups of 12-15 students students.
• Facilitating experiential learning through a group process to first year Health Science students (Medicine, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech and Audiology) students at the University of Cape Town
• Assessment of students assignments, providing constructive feedback and encouragement as and when required
• Evaluating group and individual student progress
• Supportive counseling aimed at personal growth and identifying challenges and making appropriate referral to appropriate agencies within the university for further support is also done
