Intern

Audi Center West Rand
01.2019 - 07.2020
  • My Internship as an individual who had no experience in the motor industry was amazing. Selling 3 cars every month during the duration of my internship was a blessing, hard work and commitment.
  • My daily activities as an intern was as follows from Monday to Saturday: Get to the Dealership on time for the morning meeting to discuss what we have planned for the day. I have to visit the workshop to see how many cars are in for services and what kind of services are going to be performed on each car. I need to get the workshop list with all the clients' contact details that have brought in their cars for service. Call each and everyone of these clients to check if they are willing to upgrade their vehicle or not, check what's the settlement amount on their car if it's still under finance option. Bullet 4, works with me calling the banks that are financing the vehicle. If they are willing, they need to bring their car in for a full and free evaluation to check how much it's worth. They can use the amount for a deposit on a new car or settle their old vehicle. A deal structure form is used when choosing a vehicle on how much you want to pay per month, the best way to qualify your client. More of this will be walk-in clients that I attend to and show cars that are on floor, if there is nothing they are interested in we can always outsource a desired vehicle of their choice. I also go out on my off days to speak to friends and family to check if they are willing to upgrade or change their cars.
