• Optimal weekly scheduling rhythms including change-over matrices
• Cellar attainment - Volume throughput & Production adherence – Order scheduling
• Creating, distributing, maintaining, and monitoring weekly/daily production schedules.
• Maintaining detailed records of all changes made to the master production schedule.
• Converting planned orders to production orders
• Engaging and confirming the 4-week plan with central planners/supply planners
• Working closely with the procurement team to ensure alignment with the plan

• Prepare and distribute production plan for the factory weekly
• Daily rescheduling (in excel) as the schedule changes to ascertain capacity needs

• Prepare data for supply planner for weekly connection points (ATP report, deviation tracker)
• Distribute ATP report daily and weekly to relevant stakeholders
