Provide Clerical duties relating to administration of wine cellar and HR departments
- Compile employment documents
- Check and verify accuracy of employment documentation received
- Compile supporting documentation including but not limited to employee IDs, drivers’ licenses, bank details
- Operate and work with ERS Biometric System to manage employee working and clocking hours and to download all Employees Work schedules
- Make use of Labournet (Psiber) Payroll System Software
- Responsible for all wages and Salaries to be uploaded and reconciled to pay periods required
- Download EMP201 submissions monthly
- Ensure that all EMP 201 are completed and submitted to SARS before 6th of each month
- Timeously produce pay slips and leave reports from Labournet platform
- Issuing and recording PPEs
- Provide practical and administrative services to ensure smooth running of farm and wine
- Stock control of all bottled and bulk wines
- Stock control of all dry goods
- Monthly submissions of SAWIS Documentation
- Responsible for SAWIS, Customs and Excise Submission SARS
- Processing of local sales incl
- SAWIS 6
- Exports documents
- Logistics – arrangement of transportation to clients including management of online orders
- Applications for approvals and renewals of sensorial applications
- Compilation of all compliance documents including but not limited to spray records, irrigation, and fertilizer records, COAs, carbon footprint calculations
- Pass IPW and WIETA Audits
- Harvest assistance incl
- Compilation weigh bills for wine grapes and olives and compliance documentation
- Cellar assistance and invoicing of sales.
