  • Completing three years of external auditing articles and serving as an Audit Supervisor for two years.
  • Managing and sourcing third-stream funding at the University of the Free State, one of the country’s leading institutions.
  • Serving as Manager: Revenue and Budget at a local municipality.
  • Working as an Accountant at Goldfields, a subsidiary of Imperial Logistics, following the completion of my auditing articles.
  • Regulating financial institutions at the South African Reserve Bank’s Prudential Authority, where I was responsible for risk management and compliance with capital adequacy, solvency, liquidity, cost-to-income ratios, governance, and licensing standards.
  • Holding dual leadership roles at the National Treasury as Deputy Director: Accounting Support and Reporting, and Financial Statements Consolidation System Administrator (the latter on a pro bono basis).
