I have 4 Years experience in IT and have played various roles in these 4 years. I have worked with multiple network types and have installed, commissioned and managed countless network installations and equipment.

I currently manage over 13 network installations and communicate with my clients on a regular basis. I am also involved in the software side as I test new programs and also am a super admin for the manufacturing process system at Artsolar. I monitor and perform tasks such as extract reports and perform analytics based on the day to day production, confirm that all modules have completed the entire manufacturing process, data base management and other responsibilities as per the manufacturing requirements. I also manage access control and and biometrics access for the factory as well as clock in clock out reports for the staff, I also add new staff to the access control and manage the database.

I provide EUC support to staff for their computers and day to day tasks e.g printer issues, computer hardware issues, optimizing computers and network systems.
