I don't see myself as just your average HR person. I enjoy interaction and pride myself on transparency and open communication. I am not afraid to face conflict, I am a problem solver and enjoy health challenges. I believe in a good work-life balance and you only get the best out of staff when they are retained, appreciated, and respected. Hard work is a trait I possess and my motivations in my work are my family and my priorities and responsibilities that fuel me. I am seeking a challenging environment in which I can make a difference and feel motivated every day, doing what I am passionate about and love - learning and growing my skillset and broadening my mind and horizons by leading people into change and guiding them to become their true self in turn getting them to reach their full potential. I find joy and contentment in being involved with people, working alongside them, and growing with them. I see myself as a change agent and function in fast paced and high-pressure environments that bring out the best in me. I cannot function in an environment where no growth takes place, and I am unable to feel challenged or learn anything. I am young; therefore, I am flexible and hungry to do better and be better.
