    • Process s14 claims less than the 180 days to minimize any inconvenience to the client.
    • Investigate all failed risk tests and provide detailed feedback and recommendations accordingly.
    • Train and mentor new claim consultants on Section 14 transfers.
    • Provide auditors with information, documentation, reports and assistance with processes during the annual Section 14 audit.
    • Responsible for maintaining accurate records of all claims assessed in compliance with Section 14 expectations and relevant legislation.
    • Serve as the first line of escalation and decision-making for complex section 14 claims.
    • Stay updated on the latest legislation and regulatory frameworks that may impact claims processing.
    • Work to finalize claims as promptly as possible.
    • Resolve escalated claim queries and ensure they are processed in a timely manner.

    • Process paperless claims.
