  • Support PMP process (Performance Management Process) Extract and consolidate PMP status reports to track participation in the annual cycle of the Performance Management Process (Objective Setting, Mid Year Conversation, Year End Conversation) Share reports with HR and follow up to drive participation in PMP processes during the various stages throughout the year
  • Reporting to HRBPs on a bi-weekly basis from process commencement; daily reports in last week of process
  • Compile and circulate communications to business regarding PMP completion rates at the various stages throughout the year
