 Manage and enter data into the THINK online application system to support systematic tracking and monitoring of MDR TB patients in uMgungundlovu District

 Daily retrieval and dissemination of NHLS MDR TB results to relevant health care facilities

 Develop and support efficient communication systems between the hospital, clinics and outreach teams

 Update and maintain MDR TB Register spreadsheet weekly from weekly emailed MDR Register (RIFA list), Daily GeneXpert Results lists as results are received from NHLS Laboratory, Doris Goodwin Hospital (DGH) Registered Patients Spreadsheet weekly from DGH register

 Liaise with DGH DOH staff to gather information needed in the CATT system and to update information from the DGH TB Registers

 Liaise and communicate with DOH Primary Healthcare Clinics (PHCs) and other facilities to ensure all steps in the patient journey are addressed

 Maintain the SAFT Patient Information File and ensure that all documentation is completed and filed correctly
