Own end-to-end client journey administration from booking confirmation through to departure
Ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional service standards
Confirm travel arrangements with suppliers, upload and manage invoices, and liaise closely with the finance team to resolve payment queries
Support the client journey through the creation of high-level booking packs and rigorous quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
Manage and issue flights using GDS and additional booking platforms, including flight queues, seating requests, and special service requirements
Assist with concierge-related services, including visa guidance, restaurant reservations, and travel enhancements
Provide high-level operational support to Travel Experts, including management of to-do lists and administrative priorities
Assist with the delivery and administration of the Mahlatini REWARDS programme
Proactively identify revenue-generating opportunities and collaborate with Travel Experts to maximise booking value
Support Travel Experts during peak periods with availability checks, supplier coordination, and
creation of digital itineraries
Maintain strong knowledge of international travel regulations and ensure compliance with FCDO
guidelines
