Wet stock management
• SiteInfo (Sasol) Maintain the SiteInfo system and ensure that the data is accurate (Add sites, Update tanks if product changes occur make changes, add user accounts), ensure that sites are updating and if not ensure a call gets logged for the relevant sectors to attend. Ensure that sites tank mapping was correct. Informed Sasol if a tank was failing continuously on the deviation report that it needs to be attended and what the problem could be.
• Octane Wet Stock Management – Ensure that we can connect to the OPW on site, ensure that sites are updating if not log a call to the relevant department, do product changes on the OPW where required.
• OilLink, Site maintenance, add sites when installation takes place. Supply weekly updates on tank status within the system. If tanks are not updating, ensure maintenance gets scheduled. Supply KPI reports to the relevant SDM.
