- Managing EHS teams for a portfolio of twenty-seven (27) markets across EMEA, APAC, Europe and Asia for Health, Safety, Environmental and Well-being for major global telecommunications operators.
- Domain expert for main Vodafone customer account, handling and managing all Vodafone markets as well as working closely with Vodafone Group management.
- Ensure validation of safety controls across Vodafone markets, ensuring evidence based assurance of policy implementation and client requirements, reporting progress and raising any issues as needed to the Vodafone account team for support.
- Developed global vision and strategy for HSW and present to Group.
- Developed and continuously improve OHS management system from group level. Ensured group standards and procedures are implemented and maintained in all 27 countries.
- Established, developed, maintained and implemented the HSW management system to comply with local legal laws, regulations and customer requirements.
- Ensured that all incident and accidents are investigated and reported; and ensured compilation of corrective action reports to prevent re-occurrence.
- Implemented company, legal and Vodafone Health, Safety and Well-being programs and requirements to support and improve HSW culture in the organization.
- Secured all Vodafone market processes and approved service provider contracts including OHS requirements in accordance with Vodafone requirements, processes and policies as well as local country legal requirements.
- Managed ISO, 14001 and ISO 9001 systems.
- Managed daily operations while overseeing multiple locations to foster increased productivity.
- Oversaw operations and provided corrective feedback to achieve daily and long-term goals.
- Worked closely with organizational leadership and board of directors to guide operational strategy.
