Summary

I am currently unemployed since March 2025, due end of Donor Funding. I strongly believe that I am the suitable candidate for the position. I have monumentally vast experience in Project and Program implementation, coordination and management with track record of success in program implementation. I have incurred a range of experience while serving in both Private and Public sectors with national exposure, having more than 10 years’ middle management experience. I worked for Anova Health Institute since 2019 – Feb 2025 as a Sub-District Manager: HAST Program and later promoted to be a Project Lead: Adolescent Girls and Youth Women (AGYW) i.e. DREAMS Program. The main purpose of these two roles were to support the WCDoH and City Health in strengthening health systems for quality of HIV and TB services by ensuring full implementation of the 95-95-95 activities at facility and Sub-District levels. Also, to lead in overseeing the implementation of HIV prevention & HIV care and treatment program for AYP Program, focusing on the provision of adolescent-appropriate services across health facilities in the Cape Metro - District level. I acted as a key link in coordinating all Donor/ Funder related activities in the sub-district. I also served as a liaison between Anova, Provincial Health, City Health, Community. Civil Society Forum (CSF) etc. for all and Community outreaches activities related to HAST Program. Both these roles enhanced my organizing and facilitation skills in the program.
