Since Coupa was established in the local South African market in 2019, Suzaan built a local Coupa Capability comprising of a diverse team who now services the local and international markets.

• Deal Shaping, Senior Client Negotiation and Management, Project scoping and planning, enablement and support for delivery team for Readiness Phase as well as Procurement transformation implementation
• Project was delivered remotely due to Covid lockdown restrictions imposed
• It gained notable mention from Distell's CEO as critical milestone for business
• Deloitte enabled Distell to realise it's annualised business case within 12 months post go live and project was paid back 7 months post go live.

• In addition to overall Project Management role Suzaan also led and delivered Coupa Sourcing, CLM and Coupa Contract Repository
• The Deloitte implementation of Coupa has led to measurable benefits realised for MultiChoice and the successful delivery has ensured Deloitte is seen as a strategic partner.

SAP MM and SRM team lead on Global SAP Template Rollout for South Africa post-merger between companies Zimmer and Biomet.

• Created and managed project plans and timelines to ensure successful ontime delivery
• Localise and implemented processes and procedures to streamline operations in line with global template.
