This included two outlet/factory stores as well as collaborating with the Online team to execute and manage their systems and processors as well as strategize and analyze performances. My responsibilities for stores nationally included - 1) achieve their sales goals and improve profitability - 2) ensure international brand standards are well executed - 3) deliver operational excellence through effectively managing a high performing team.

My experience includes working with people within diverse industries, in the hospitality industry as a restaurant manager at a young age and working myself up through retail, to the role of national operations manager.
