  • Investment Administration:

    Review client debit balances and assist the Trust Officer in initiating corrective actions where necessary.
  • Client Onboarding & Documentation:
    Prepare client onboarding packs and handle the full onboarding process. Responsible for the completion and loading of all client take-on documentation into internal systems.
  • Fee Administration:
    Generate and manage quarterly invoices for ad hoc fees.
  • Trust Administration:
    Assist in preparing documentation related to trust administration and process all associated payments.
  • Client Communication & Support:
    Act as a liaison for clients, ensuring timely responses and resolutions to all queries.
  • Document Management & Compliance:
    Maintain both electronic and physical filing systems for investment administration and advisory records, ensuring compliance with relevant financial services legislation. Verify that all investment and payment instructions meet regulatory requirements.
  • Internal Coordination:
    Work closely with internal investment administration and support teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting & Tax Documentation:
    Collate and distribute monthly and quarterly client reports, as well as annual tax documentation.
  • Event Planning:
    Coordinate client events, managing logistics, invitations, venue arrangements, and client communication.
  • Secretarial & Administrative Support:
    Provide general administrative support, including typing, filing, faxing, diary management, and correspondence handling.
