I am student on the cusp of graduation, having studied Politics, Philosophy and Economics. My degree has developed my critical thinking and memorization skills, as well as my communication skills. A triple major has taught me how to effectively balance my time, and I appreciate being early to be better prepared for the work day. My degree has also taught me that one must always be willing and ready to learn, and I have internalised this ethic. My degree has also made me open to many perspectives, making me willing to engage with other people and their ideas. During my studies, I have done work for the university which includes event assistance, in-person data collection, and cleaning labs. A former employer in the alumni department where much of my work took place said I that I had a good work ethic. I am always brought back in and considered for positions in the alumni department. My debating work as both coach and league chairperson has strengthened my communication and people skills, and has made me driven to go above and beyond for those who I can help.
